WHAT IS YOUR DEPOSIT?

To reserve your date we ask for a non-refundable deposit of $1000 and the total travel fee (if there is one). The second half of your payment is due 30 days before your event. We do not offer payment plans at this time. If you book both photo & video services, an additional payment of $1000 is due 6 months prior to your event and and the final payment is due 30 days before your event.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes, we do travel. Our home base is Lafayette, IN and Nashville, TN and we do not require a travel fee for those locations. Our travel fee (within driving distances) is 54 cents per mile, there and back. Unfortunately, we are not booking locations further than 1.5 hours from our main cities at this time with the exception of elopements and weekday weddings.
HOW ARE PHOTOS/VIDEOS DELIVERED?
Photos are delivered in an online downloadable gallery. You are able to purchase prints directly from your gallery. All of the highlight films are delivered through a downloadable Dropbox link. The Add-On and Full Day Plus packages are delivered on a 16GB thumb drive mailed directly to your house.
CAN YOU DO PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY
AT THE SAME EVENT?
We can only provide both services if both our photographer & videographer are available. If only one of us is available, you would have to pick one service for your event as Nikki can do both photo and video, just not both at the same time.
WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?
For photography, you will receive a sneak peek 48 hours after your event. Your full gallery will be finalized at the latest, 3 months after your event. For videography, your final video will be finished at the latest 3 months after your event.
