To reserve your session, a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total session price. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your session.

Your final images are delivered through a beautiful online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photos with friends and family. You can also order professional-quality prints directly from your gallery or download the files to print wherever you’d like. Galleries remain active for 90 days, so we recommend downloading and backing up your images as soon as they’re delivered.

Your complete gallery will be delivered within three weeks of your session date, though many galleries are finished even sooner.

My books open on January 1 each year for spring grads and sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis. I offer a limited number of graduation sessions each spring, and you’ll be able to choose from my available dates when booking. To avoid large crowds on campus and ensure your gallery is delivered before graduation weekend, I do not schedule sessions within two weeks of commencement.

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring a friend, parent, or significant other to join you for a few photos during your session. However, individual portraits of additional people are not included. If you’d like separate portraits for another graduate, a shared session can be arranged for an additional fee.

Most one hour sessions allow time for 4–6 walking locations around campus. If you’d like to include additional locations, you are welcome to book extra time for an additional fee.

Yes! You’re welcome to bring a second outfit. Just keep in mind that changing outfits is included in your session time, so it may slightly reduce the amount of time available for photos.

No, graduates are responsible for ordering their own cap and gown and ensuring it arrives before their scheduled session.

I do not provide props, but you’re more than welcome to bring items like champagne, confetti, flowers, or signs to make your session even more personal and fun.

Spring weather forecasts can change dramatically from day to day, so I do not make weather-related scheduling decisions until 24 hours before your session. If, at that time, there is a 40% or greater chance of rain during your session or severe weather is forecasted, we’ll reschedule for the next available date at no additional cost.

No, every image is individually edited by me to ensure a consistent, timeless editing style. While AI-assisted tools may occasionally be used for minor tasks such as removing distractions or temporary blemishes, your images are never batch-edited or creatively edited by AI.

Protecting your memories is one of our highest priorities. I photograph every session using cameras with dual memory card slots, meaning every image is recorded to two cards simultaneously. After your session, your RAW files are immediately backed up to two separate hard drives and securely stored in the cloud. Your memory cards are not formatted until your final gallery has been successfully delivered.

You’re not alone, many people tell me this! My job isn’t to make you model, it’s to help you feel comfortable interacting authentically in front of the camera. I’ll gently guide you with natural prompts and movement so your photos feel genuine rather than overly posed. By the end of your session, it will feel less like a photoshoot and more like a fun time celebrating this big accomplishment.
