What is your deposit?

To reserve your wedding date, a non-refundable retainer of $1,500 and any applicable travel fee are due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding day. At this time, we do not offer payment plans.

Do you travel?

Absolutely! I love traveling to document weddings throughout Tennessee and beyond. There is no travel fee for weddings within 50 miles of Murfreesboro, TN. For locations beyond that, travel fee is $0.70 per mile (round trip). If overnight accommodations or airfare are required, those costs will be discussed during the booking process.

How will my wedding film delivered?

Accepted Answer

Your completed wedding film will be delivered through a private online gallery, making it easy to stream, download, and share with family and friends. If you’ve added the Keepsake Collection to your package, you’ll also receive a custom USB drive containing your edited ceremony and full speeches, professionally synced with high-quality audio and mailed directly to your home.

What is your turnaround time?

Accepted Answer

Your completed wedding film will be delivered within three months of your wedding day, though many films are finished even sooner.

Do you use AI to edit your wedding films?

Accepted Answer

No, every wedding film is personally edited by me to ensure a consistent, timeless style. While I may occasionally use AI-assisted tools for minor tasks, such as reducing background noise in audio, your wedding film is never edited by AI or outsourced to another editor.

How do you keep our footage safe?

Accepted Answer

Protecting your memories is one of my highest priorities. I film every wedding using cameras with dual memory card slots, meaning every clip is recorded to two memory cards simultaneously. After your wedding, all footage is immediately backed up to two separate hard drives and securely stored in the cloud. Memory cards are never formatted until your final wedding film has been delivered.

Do you provide RAW footage?

No, I do not provide RAW footage. RAW video is captured specifically for the editing process and is not intended to be viewed as a finished product. It often includes multiple takes, camera angle changes, incomplete clips, and unsynced audio. My goal is to deliver a polished, cinematic film that tells your story beautifully.If you’d like more of your wedding day preserved beyond your highlight film, you can add my Keepsake Collection to your wedding film package, which includes your fully edited ceremony and speeches with professionally synced audio.

Do we need to provide a shot list?

Not for most of your wedding day. I encourage you to share any meaningful moments, family traditions, heirlooms, or special requests you’d like captured, but you don’t need to create a detailed shot list. I’ll thoughtfully document your day as it naturally unfolds while making sure the moments that matter most to you aren’t missed.

Can we add a second videographer?

Absolutely! A second videographer can be added to any wedding collection starting at $700, which includes up to five hours of coverage. Additional coverage is available for $50 per hour.

We’re awkward in front of the camera. Can you help?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Nearly every couple tells me this before their wedding. My goal isn’t to make you perform for the camera, it’s to help you feel comfortable being yourselves. I’ll gently guide you with natural prompts and movement so your interactions feel genuine instead of staged. By the end of the day, it will feel less like being filmed and more like enjoying time together while I quietly document your story.
